    Default Hoopoe in Reay

Dont know if anyone else had a visit today or recently but i have had a Hoopoe in the garden today, took me ages to identify it. Apparently quite rare in these parts usually only seen a few times in the year and all on the south coast,so well pleased with that visit.
will try and upload a pic tomorrow

Fabulous. I saw on the daily birdmap yesterday that there was one in Reay on Wednesday. I am sooooo green as I would love to see one of these.

Think we have the same hoopoe in our garden in Reay at the moment. Has been around for about 30 mins.
