    Thought this may be of interest to dog owners and also members of public who have problems with dogs.

    I really like this "Deed not Breed" approach. Too many dog's get labelled unfairly.

    Interesting! Particularly like the fact that measures (will be provided) to change the behaviour of these dogs and their owners before the dogs become dangerous. Look forward to reading more about this idc. Thanks for highlighting this Moptop.

    I think this is excellent as well and the new legislation looks good. Well on paper at least!
