    Found this new site just gone online.

    http://www.ancestralscotland.com, also the GROS site has the new census 1901 census online although it will cost 6 pounds to access.

    i always think the best thing to do is tpye the na,e in a search engine and hope for the best, i did that with my familys name as i always thought it was french or something and it turns out it IS actually scottish i was bloomin amazed
