    Default Pink footed geese.

How common are they and has any one else seen any about?
Am sure there were a small number at Broubster Leans today but could n't get close enough for a 100% identification, have only seen them before mixed in with greylags so any information would be welcome.

    Hi Lizz,

Numbers of Pink-footed Geese are building slowly. Counted 244 at Loch Scarmclate on Sunday 6th Feb. Haven't seen any at Broubster but wouldn't be surprised. There were 38 White-fronted Geese at Kennachy on 6th as well.
