    has anybody got recipes for tod in a hole

    If you mean Toad in the hole, make a basic pancake batter, 4 oz flour, 1 egg, 1/2pt milk and pinch of salt. Beat well and leave to stand for a while. Then pour over partly cooked sausages, and bake in a hot oven 200 degrees until well risen and golden. Baking tray should be very hot before pouring on the batter! Yorkshire pud in the same, but without the sausages.

    If doing it for kids do little ones in a muffin tray.....mine will eat little ones but not a slice of a big tray....
    just slice up the sausages into bits and do individual yorkie pud sized bits!
