Be very careful!! A Friend of mine was married last year and was quoted £450 for their Wedding Photography. All went well until after the Wedding and were presented with a small Album and the Bill. £900 The explanation was it was £450 for taking the photographs and £450 for the Prints in a Album.

So whoever you get make sure you get a Written Contract with exactly what you get for your money. Do not be put off make sure you get it all in writing after all you are the customer and paying good money for their service.

Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there, wondering, fearing, doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before.

We've gone for John Baikie - had a pre-wedding shoot with him in December and are absolutely delighted with the results.

Whats a "Low key" wedding lizi?....Every wedding is "high Key" as far as the bride and groom are concerned...A day to remember, rich or poor...a day to savour !!!
Good luck and best wishes to the bride and groom whoever they are!!!

I love his work but can't afford his fee's sadly. I keep comparing all the photographers I like to his work though!

Angus MacKay is really good. John Bailkie, not so sure, heavy price tag and some of the wedding stuff I've seen is beginning to get a bit samey. I actually think that all wedding photography is overpriced really.

Angus Mackay took some instruction from John Baikie for a while and if you look closely at his work you can see some of John's influences so it would be a way to get some similarity without the larger price tag.

Angus is a really nice guy too which also helps!
