    you can check out local childminders inspection reports from the Care Commission here ...

    just select 'childminding' under type of service, put your postcode in the bottom bit and choose 5 miles

    we used this as well as personal recommendations when we chose our childminder
    hope you're lucky enough to find someone as good as ours !
