There was indeed a glitch in the matrix. Received the digital copy of the poster from the promoter about 10 minutes ago.

    Here it is...

    Default Last chance saloon

OK lets paint a picture, the last couple of gigs in Skins have been BOLLICKS, and not bollicks because of the performers, it was because of the lack of punters, (these gigs were free, i think). now it doesn't take a genius to work out that eventually these bands, any band are going to think that it's just not worth the effort coming all that way for a few enthusiastic punters, because it's not putting shoes on the bairns feet as it were. so eventually we will be left with the DREADED TRIBUTE COVER MONKEYS, AHHHH THE HORROR(Mon the biffy) that churn out absolute cack.
We, us you have to think of the future and if we can turn out for bands that make the effort, regardless if you have heard them before, and there not in the charts give them a chance and see where it goes, the future of bands coming north is in your hands don't feck it up.

Remember it wasn't that long ago that Biffy were up playing Orkney, asked Skins if they wanted them to play and we're denied, they played on a small scale at T in the Park that year, how foolish do Skins feel now

I see Twin Atlantic are playing Skins next year. Maybe things are changing. Need to get the word out so the people come then bands know it is worth it.
I'm not a big fan but have seen them 4-5 times supporting other bands and it would be a good night if a decent crowd was there.

Also I just listened to The Xcerts. How much are tickets?

Aye, but things are so inconsistent. As Fingal said, the past few gigs have been shocking. Hopefully the one on Saturday gets a big crowd.

That's alright. Should put it on the poster though as I assumed it would be more and would be put off going.
