    Apple crumble with custard?
    Apple sauce?
Sliced and rolled in a joint of pork?

take out the core pop in some dried fruits, nuts ,spoonful of honey, dot with butter and roast.serve warm with cream or custard.
mix half and half with any other fruits, plums, pears, strawberrys, blackberrys, use the same amount in weight as the two fruits together of jam sugar and boil til u get a set for yummy jam.
grate with the skin on and stir through a basic sponge cake mix add a touch of cinnaman and nutmeg and a handful of oats to make a lovely apple cake.
