Caithness Moths - Yellow-line Quaker
Yellow-line Quaker is an Autumn moth with a handful of records in Caithness between 20th September and 29th October, though it is probably under recorded because of its late flight period. The adult will feed on ivy flowers and over ripe berries. It over winters as an egg and in Spring the larvae will feed on poplar, beech, sallows and herbaceous plants.
