    Default Hamsters

I am looking for a hamster for my daughter as our wee old man just passed away at
2 1/2 I would rather not buy from a petshop and wondered if anyone knew of any local breeders? I would prefer a baby so that I can get it well handled and socialised.
    any help appreciated

Try Pultneytown Nursery, they often have them in.

    Hi
We were looking for ages then when ours died ended up in Pets at Home in Inverness.
I know its a supermarket and miles away but the lass who looked after them found the least skittish one and seemed to genuinely care about them.
They had a load in the back so we chose from about 25 and Nibbles is a happy and handlable hamster.
