    Default Juvenile Common Gull?

Spotted this yesterday, it was obviously exhausted as made no effort to fly off, thought at first it was injured but it did manage to stand up and flap it's wings but could n't seem to get airborne.

certainly looks like a common gull lizz though i wouldn't have said juvenile. I always think the common gull looks posessed cos their eyes always seem to turn red on photos
If its profound what was the name of the golfer and what did he find?
