Collecting item off boat at Scrabster

Hi, I have a few chickens coming from Orkney to pick up from the Northlink ferry at Scrabster tomorrow. Their going in a box in a kennel for the journey.
Can anyone point me in the right direction as to how to go about collecting them when the boat docks, where to go, who to see?

Not collected anything off the ferry before or even been in the main ferry area, only dealings I've had down at Scrabster have been where the fishing boats dock. So any advice appreciated.

Have a word with men marshalling car unloadings. They will let you go onto ship to collect box from kennels
