    Default Myreland/horn and Howe

    Came across these names, all in the Parish of Wick, but have no idea of their whereabouts. Can someone help?. Thanks

    Myreland and Howe is in between Loch Of Wester and Lyth, just of the A99 on the Groats road. Myreland is where my faither was born.

    Myreland Horn is just after the "Killimster Moss" heading towards Thurso, it's at the top o' this stretch (left hand side), just on the tight right-hand bend.

    The only reason I know this is because my late Uncle made enquires about this area about 5/6 years ago - I never did know as to why he was interested!
