    Default Toad Stool

Found these on the side of the road yesterday when we went for a ride out, are they the same type of toad stool, but at a more advanced stage?

Hi Kevin, I am ceratinly no expert but this could be the Fly Agaric, it's quite common. Could there have been any Birch, Pine or Spruce round about, this is said to be the habitat of this fungus. It is poisonous, sometimes but rarely fatal, said to have hallucinogenic properties....

Thanks for that Lavenderblue2, yes, it was at the side of the road next to a pine forest, ( I had better not say where though, because with the bust, up at the airport today, drugs are probably in short supply)
