    Advice please! My hubby used to fish when he was younger (not in Caithness) and is taking it up again with our little boy. Where in Caithness would be good for them to go to fish from a beach or rocks etc.

    hi the pier at scrabster next 1 over from where ferry comes in fish of the back of the wall high tide mackies coalies flounders high tides 2.30 today

    great place to fish is dunnet bay, no need to cast far in the surf, good for nice size flounders and small bass up to around the 3lb mark, at night coalies and dogs all you need is a few lugworm
