can't load photos

Hi can anyone help please? I'm trying to load a photo onto Caithness.org but it keeps failing. Has anyone got any ideas please?

Go to a online hosting Site like tinypic.com, click link below

There you will see this



Click on browse and find the Photograph you want to post and click on open to put in the fireld. Then click on Upload Now.

Copy the code that is circled, the one for IMG code for Forum & message boards, then paste it in.
