    It seems that now it depends what you buy at Tesco to qualify for your 5p off fuel, staff said that if the till hasn't given out a voucher then tough basically, has this happened to anybody else, I spent £74 today and got zip, it was a run of the mill shop for crocereis etc so I am tototally bamboozled

    ask at the customer service point why you didnt get the voucher, least they can do is explain it to you
    you always know what sort of a day its been when it gets to night
