info on songs

Hi I'm just mainly looking for info here but if you could help would be great

ok if you were out on night out and was listening to a band what sort of songs would you like to hear preferably 60's traditional and country this is just to see if my band are playing the right sort of material or are we missing any important songs thanks again

There is no such thing as the right material as Bazeye says you need to ask who you play for.

Obviously you are no going to get a heavy metal gig or the like.

A tip don't go down the road of cliche like "Brown Eyed Girl" or "I used to love her" etc etc
