Is this Water Avens or a garden escapee? Found it along the banks of the local burn.

Thank you, my wild flower book leaves alot to be desired and it is not a plant that I am familiar with.
Was delighted to see large swathes of Globe Flowers as well but did n't manage a decent picture as the sun was too bright.
