No calls being made now, every chiel has got a mobile.
Looking back at the mainland.
A croft house that is habitable and being renovated.
Stroma's war memorial.
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
Courage to change the things I can,
And wisdom to know the difference.
No calls being made now, every chiel has got a mobile.
Looking back at the mainland.
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
Courage to change the things I can,
And wisdom to know the difference.
A view looking north towards the lighthouse.
Mother eider duck and her chicks
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
Courage to change the things I can,
And wisdom to know the difference.
An old boat.
Looking towards No.28 Stroma.
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
Courage to change the things I can,
And wisdom to know the difference.
Looking south along lane. Now a sheep's feasting ground.
A swallow's nest inside No 28.
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
Courage to change the things I can,
And wisdom to know the difference.
There are plenty of bed bugs in this one...
The west coast of Stroma.
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
Courage to change the things I can,
And wisdom to know the difference.
Somebody's pride and joy....once
Looking west again.
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
Courage to change the things I can,
And wisdom to know the difference.
Gills ferry but seen from Stroma
Stroma Castle and graveyard.
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
Courage to change the things I can,
And wisdom to know the difference.
The castle's hidden 'Doocat'
Stroma's fossil beach.
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
Courage to change the things I can,
And wisdom to know the difference.
Another view looking west
Stroma's seals.
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
Courage to change the things I can,
And wisdom to know the difference.
A croft looking from Mr Smith's old place.
Well I hope you all enjoyed my virtual trip of Stroma as much as I did looking around the real one, probably not but hey! I'm glad to share some of it anyway!

Thank you to all for the kind comments, I have just got one or two more photos so I will put those on the thread later. It is funny when you take a load of photos and they just don't seem enough to give the place sufficient justice.
I think catherine nicol has some more photos if she is willing to post them?
