    Methinks this must be a true test of how to keep your composure, whilst issuing a parking ticket. I couldn't stop laughing when I watched this. We have two cats called, 'Dink' and 'Tim Tim,' who are into the same antics. We are just a convenient climbing frame that they adopt whenever the mood springs upon them! Wonder if the policeman has catnip on his personage.
