bung in a ovenproof dish with the grated zest and juice of 1 lemon a glass or so of white wine and some white pepper and some parsley cover with foil and at 180c should be ready in about 1/2 hour
or you can do it as a more meaty fish stew type thing with tomato, leek, onion, and pepppers!
Im not very good at quantities as I make recipes up as I go along!
Most of the time they work.... not many disasters end up in the dog!
