    Hi, Can anyone recommend a riding school (for hacking) for adults, with large horses? In Caithness or not too far.

    You could try the new place down at Brora - Highlands Unbridled. Not been but the website looks nice!

    all the riding stables up here have a weight limit of 13stone.. highland unbridled has a hw horse named shamoo that will take heavier weights.

    Thanks Brandy, I am definately a "heavier weight" so I'll give them a try
