Well, maybe they didn't respond to your email but they have left message in comment section below my clip on my YouTube channel, and on their forum clearly described you as a person who suggested my footage for APOD.
"Hello! Your video has been suggested as an APOD (A Picture of A Day) and has been posted on APOD Asterisk forum in 'Found images' section. It is credited to you.
Regards,
Joanna

So, thanks again.
It looks like is still not the end of publicity for Caithness with this footage http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencete...night-sky.html
I will be doing interview for BBC Scotland tomorrow, so you may want to keep looking for my terrified face on the telly soon.
Needless to say, I missed it again so many thanks for the video footage.
Please check that you are being given credit for this fantastic capture. A few of the sites I've viewed dont mention you.
Good luck with the BBC and don't sell yourself short. Make the most of this opportunity Maciek, all best.

Maciek - you're a star! I'm getting feedback that you are making science accessible in the most spectacular way - I feel a whole new generation of skywatchers coming on. Thank you for your inspiration and industry. Oh, and you came over very pleasantly and naturally on the telly!
Cracking images Maciej. Looking forward to you visit to the Thurso Camera Club on 16th Sept, I'd love to learn the techniques you use.
Thanks again guys.
