User Pruning Limits

In order to keep our forum nice and tidy, I'm setting up some pruning limits to remove Users that have never posted.

As I also understand that many people like to join and then "lurk" for a while I'm setting a limit of 200 days (long enough to lurk me thinks).

So any account that has been set up but not used to post anything after 200 days will be removed.

This will also free up some peoples' e-mail addresses should they want to re-register having forgotton their original sign up details.
