ice cream maker recipes

hi there,

just taken delivery of an ice cream maker and now excitedly looking for recipes to use. Most of the recipes I have found use equal parts double cream and milk, can the double cream be missed out and more milk put in?

am thinking that with all that double cream I may have to buy more clothes and that wasnt the point of buying the ice cream maker ! lol ....

any hints/tips greatfully appreciated ...

i do muller light yoghurt on it's own in the ice-cream maker then served on a meringue nest with berries on top.

or sugar free chocolate angel delight with extra low-cal hot chocolate powder added for more flavour.

both are quick to make and less calories than the double cream recipes.
