Not sure really but a good way of losing weight is to cut out wheat products like bread, pasta, biscuits and all other refined wheat stuff. I make lots of rice dishes but I know some people aren't a fan. I might be wrong but with cholestrol is that to do with omega 3 fatty acids?

Put a picture of hubby in his underpant on the fridge door with the caption :- "Thy shalt not wiegh more than thy refrigatator"
