Old age does not come by itself

An Elderly couple visited the doctor for their annual medical exam. The old bloke first and when the Doc had finished he asked the man if he had any concerns about his health.
The old fella said " Well when the missus and I have sex for the first time I get all hot and sweaty, but the second time I end up freezing cold.
The Doctor is mystified and says he'll do some research and let him know.
Having finished his exam of the wife he mentions her husbands concern about the sex in their lifes.
"Silly old devil. The first time is in June and the second time in December.
