Saturday @ 10.00 in Wick (PPP)

Zumba Classes on :- Monday @ 19.30 in Thurso (Mount Pleasant Primary)
Wednesday @ 19.00 in Wick (Assembly Rooms main hall)

All times above are normal class times.

Friday the 23rd in PPP is "Wear it Pink Day" and all money will be donated to Breast Cancer so wear something pink and come along to Metafit and donate to a good cause.

Wednesday (28th October) Metafit is going to be on at 18.15 followed by Zumba at 19.00 as we can't get the Assembly rooms for class on Thursday 29th. Come along to both and get a double class for £5.
