Relax with a 'cuppa' and a cup cake at heart support's coffee morning

CAITHNESS Heart Support Group stage their final fundraiser of the year, tomorrow morning when you are invited to take the weight off your feet and have an enjoyable break from your Christmas shopping.
Group members will be delighted to serve you coffee and biscuits and some mouth-watering seasonal mince pies and cup cakes, at the Norseman Hotel, Wick, from 10am-12 noon. On sale, will be Christmas crafts and the young ones can try their luck at the lucky dip. There's also a bottle stall and a raffle with some attractive prizes.
The man of the moment, Santa Claus, is expected to put in an appearance.
Busking for the group, playing carols and other popular festive tunes, on his accordion, is group vice chairman, Noel Donaldson.
As usual, profits from the coffee morning will go towards the purchase of a medical item for one of the county's hospitals or GP practices.
