We stop on off on our way to John O groats last Monday at Simply Unique and they had just opened a Tea-room Gallery, it's brill !! Lovely, the crafts are all made locally and the Tea-room so airy and bright, good food, good service just great, the name sums it all up.

Awww. Now I am really missing Caithness! I remember a nice tea room in the old Post Office at Dunnet. Also, as a nipper, my Saturday lunches at the Sailors Mission at Scrabster - they always looked after us kids. I have included them in my will so that future kids will benefit from extra beans on their toast. ;)
