name of this bird please

Took this photo of this bird at Ham, can anyone tell me what it is?

Thats a Ringed Plover Highlander. Cute little wader. Was it nesting or just hanging around. This species is one of the birds that runs away from its nest if disturbed, to try and distract you.

Thank you Kas, yes it was running all over the place, my husband was having a terrible time to get the picture lol
