North Rox ,Wick Jewellers

Having received a beautiful leather bracelet for my birthday from a friend, I discovered it was too large. Carol went away above and beyond , considering it wasn't her fault, to ensure that I got the correct fit. She, personally, checked some jewellers in Inverness as to whether it could be altered; sadly not. Carol then went to the trouble of contacting the manufacturers, who sent a replacement and when I went to collect it today and asked how much I was owe, the reply was.....NOTHING !!! Exemplary customer service, fantastic choice of jewellery and I thoroughly recommend Northrox !!! Thank you SO much Carol :D:D x
