Court case correction

THE correction relates to one of the cases posted on July 26 under the general title of "Cases from yesterday's sheriff court session". Under the headline, "Man banned from contacting ex", it reported the Michael Grierson had been found guilty of sending unwelcome messages to Debbie Bain. The report stated that Mr Grierson, of Brackside, Reay, had sent Ms Bain the following e-mails "You have been particularly vile to me" and "I want nothing more to do with you". Mr Grierson has pointed out to me that it was the other way about...It was Ms Bain who sent these messages to him. I apologise for the errors.
