Where is he now?

Had new doors fitted a couple of weeks ago. Old ones were probably 50 years old.

Was sawing up the old frames for firewood when I came across a bit where the joiner/plasterer had left his mark.

Can't quite make out the surname but he had written the following on a bit that faced into the wall where it couldn't be seen until now.

Angus Mason, Masson, Madson ???
Plasterer
Wick

House is in Bilbster.

Just wondered if he was still around.

Thee is an Angie still around, Angus Mackay - I think. He used to work with my father-in-law John Baikie, plasterer.
