Drugs Policy Minister Angela Constance has described the increase in drug-related deaths as "heart-breaking", and reiterated the Scottish Government's determination to continue its work to address the crisis. Every death is a tragedy for the family and society, we lose over 10,000 plus a year to smoking and 2000 plus to alcohol. These personal choices , sometime come at a very high cost . Why do the media pick on just one .
