Volunteer at the Castle & Gardens of Mey

After coming out of lockdown you may have discovered you love being outdoors and getting plenty of fresh air. We have the perfect opportunity for you here at Mey. We are looking for volunteers interested in the basic maintenance of the gardens and grounds on our estate. Volunteers not only help to maintain the gardens but also the surrounding woodland area and present horticulture for everyone to enjoy!

If you have a passion for all things horticulture please contact Chris, our head gardener, at garden@castleofmey.org.uk with a brief background on your gardening knowledge. Anyone interested in the opportunity must have their own transport and comfortable with being physically active.

We need volunteers all year round to get their boots muddy and help the grounds and gardens flourish so get in touch with us soon.
