Riverbank practice patient participation group (rpppg)

I think it was on this site, that I saw the stats on people who did not show up for their scheduled appointments.

I have a 'specialist' appointment in a couple of weeks. This addendum came with the appointment.....

Barring any Emergencies or unexpected illness, there is a charge of $125 for patients who Fail to provide at least 1 working day's notice of cancellation. Same day notice is insufficient.
Patients who miss 2 Appointments will not be re scheduled.

Somehow this speaks Volumes!
