Two gentlemen with Irish accents and a blue Transit type van, knocking on pensioners' doors in East Sutherland and saying "we're from the Council to clear the rhones, give us £20 in cash".

They've been run out of Rogart, but they'll be on the knocker somewhere else in the area. I've told the Police, but tell your friends please.
