What on earth is a buddy/ignore list?

As a new member I am a little puzzled by some of the terminology.
Also what is a vB code?

Ignore list is where you put names of people whose posts you dont want to see and the buddy list I don't know if it does anything or not. vb means nothing to me :lol:

Visual Basic?
Vanquished Buddy?

Your buddy list is where you can add the names of Orgers who you consider your friends. When you look at the list of who's online they appear with a + next to their names, hence making them more prominent.

To my knowledge I don't think they know they're on your buddy list.
