Nightclub trio banned

Fighting three also fined £400 by Wick sheriff

THREE men involved in a fight in a Thurso nightspot have been banned from the establishment for a year.

The three were each fined £400 at Wick. They were Thurso pair John Kay, of 1 Rockwell Terrace, and Dean McPhee, 21, of 11 St Peter's Road and Alan Gunn, 35 of 2 Sinclair Square, Halkirk.

They admitted a breach of the peace at Skinandi's nightclub in the early hours of March 13.

Fiscal depute, Fraser Matheson said that the cause of the trouble was unclear but the fight was started by Gunn who punched a patron twice and the other accused then became involved.
