Notary services? Passport photos?

Hi there
Can anyone recommend a notary in Caithness? Or know of the nearest place I can go? (I need to get my degree notarised for a job overseas.)
Or know where in Thurso does passport photos?

Passport photos in Tesco photo booth or the Chemist next to Top Joes
Solicitors office e.g. Young & Robertson do the Notarising

The post office in the Co-op in Thurso has a passport photo booth as well.
