If Iain Livingstone believes that Police Scotland is institutionally racist, where is the evidence for this and why has he not done something about it before now? What was he doing to earn his big salary and pension?
Yes, he has been there for ‘a while’……..he was part of the Team that created Police Scotland and was part of the Senior Management Team, taking over as Chief in 2018.
Now, he cries about it……
Perhaps ‘creating’ a new position in his retirement, likely for more than the £245,000 he was making!
