Ah, I see you made it aboard Midway - good for you! I wish I would have known, I would have given you a personal tour. Word to anyone else here - if you head to San Diego, feel free to drop me a message.

Unfortunately I wasn't aboard Midway for long, I didn't have much time to spare as I would have liked (working week).
I wanted to go further down towards the Naval station and have a nosey at the wee boats there, I would have liked to have a good wander round the city too, Balboa Park, Gaslamp quarter and all the rest. Had to make do with the North Island air station for entertainment.
I would definitely like to visit again for pleasure though, really nice place.
