New Flats Lower Pulteney

Just wondered these Buildings that M M Miller are at in Lower Pulteney are they new Flats or houses ? Are they going to be for sale or rent ?

Don't know what they are yet but delighted to see the rejuvenation of even more of the Lower Pulteney area. It has been really transformed over recent years and it's great to see such an historically important area taking on a new lease of life. Well done to the planners for managing to blend the new so well into the old.
