Dangerous Road Conditions at Tesco

Went to Tesco on my way home and the road is a sheet of ice, went skidding everywhere as soon as i turned in and cars coming down were skliding all over the place. It was just as bad coming out and I expected to collide into something on the main road which is a disgrace and has not been gritted.
The john o Groats road is ok. I am looking out of the window now and cars on the Castletown road to Tesco are driving extremely slowly.

The gritters were out as I followed one through the street at 7pm and given that the snow shower was quite heavy it's no surprise that the roads were not so good.
