Is there anywhere in caithness area that deals with the re-heeling of shoes?

Try the shop opposite the bank of scotland in olrig street thurso, im sure they still do repairs.

The mannies name is Sinclair, very good he is too. He'll cut keys for you, (if you need them), which he's also very good at. In fact, just go ahead and get some keys cut...you can never have too many keys. :)

Yes they do, but they close earlier on Saturdays so make sure you get there by 12.
