Bus times - a plea

Hi

not used bus service at all (due to driving everywhere) since moving here months ago. Can someone advise me please of where i can get info about the buses between Castletown and Thurso and back again ? Need to take trip in and after googling castletown and thurso transport am none the wiser !

car had to be abandoned down south last weekend hence having to use bus !
