I need my screen to be set to 256 palette colour mode to read a cd of marine charts. The software is C-MAP for chartplotters/pcs . How do I do this temporarily?
I have an Acer Aspire 5535 laptop running vista basic.
Any help much appreciated as I want to print sections of the charts.:)
right click the program or file....click properties then compatability tab. There u will have the options of running it in a different mode
You need to find your graphics card properties.
You might find an icon in the bottom right for the card. (Nvidia or ATi) within these setting will be an option to change to 256 colours.
Sorry i can't be more specific. Can't even find mine on win 7 :confused
